Technomarine Construction, Inc., was born out of the dock manufacturing successes over the past decades.  As the manufacturing team continued to grow and provide more and more advanced docking solutions to owners, the next logical step was to handle the entire project from commencement to completion.

Using contacts developed through years in the marine industry, Technomarine enjoys relationships with dozens of high-quality specialty subcontractors including demolition crews, pile drivers, dredgers, electricians, plumbers, and marina product manufacturers.  TCI’s staff is extremely qualified and experienced in design-build and turnkey projects.  Contract negotiations and construction administration are both strong fields of expertise.  We possess both the technical and communicative skills required to effectively manage construction projects, ensuring that both quality and efficiency will be paramount on each project.
