Martin County has 209 square miles of navigable waterfront perfect for boating, fishing, kayaking and more. Martin County has over 20 marinas and 18 public boat ramps to launch your waterway adventure. Known as “The Sailfish Capital of the World,” its waters include the Atlantic as well as the St. Lucie and Indian Rivers. Martin County is also a close crossing point to the Bahamas to the east, and offers direct access to Lake Okeechobee and Florida’s west coast.

There are 18 public access points along Martin County’s 23 miles of unspoiled beaches offering both individual entrance strips that allow for a more private spot to enjoy the surf and sand—as well as larger, guarded beaches perfect for the whole family to spread out including your pup.
