Named one of “America’s Top Small Cities for The Arts,” New Smyrna Beach offers culture, historical sites and 13 miles of clean, white sand.

Central Florida is also home to major league sports teams, numerous colleges and universities and innovative business and medical communities.  Getting in, out and around the region is very easy. Three major airports including Daytona International Airport and Orlando International Airport serve the area. Just 30 minutes from Orlando and only 20 minutes to Atlantic Coast beaches lies the town of Deland.  Situated along the banks of the St. John’s River, Deland is a small city of natural beauty and historic charm. Florida’s oldest private college, Stetson University, offers a wealth of cultural events.  Deland has museums, theater and a quaint downtown district with eclectic shopping and dining opportunities.  Monthly events include Art Walks, classic car shows and “Rock the Block”, a family-friendly block party. Deland was the first city in America to receive the Main Street designation from the National Trust for Historic Preservation.  From 1999-2003, the city was voted Best Main Street in Florida.

Lake Mary, also known as “The City of Lakes” is 18 miles north of Orlando, just off I-4.
